I like the integral practice thing, combining different elements, but as far as my Buddhist work, I'm all over the place. My primary focus right now is gratitude along with mindfulness. Everything else is secondary and I need to remember that. The hard part, for me, when I try to spread myself too thin is that I am hard on myself for not making as much progress as I'd like.
